The Exhibitor Service Kit will be available in the Exhibitor Service Center.

The following items are included:

• 8' High Black Back Wall Drape
• 3' High Black Side Rail Drape
• (1) 11X17 Booth ID Sign

Booth furniture may be rented through GES. Please visit the GES Website.

GES is the official service contractor for this conference and will be located at the Exhibitor Services desk in the rear of the exhibit hall.  

SIIA’s official service contractor, GES, is able to coordinate Exhibitor’s inbound and outbound shipping. Visit the GES Website, for more information.

Lead Retrieval will be available through SIIA's vendor, eShow. Information regarding these services can be found in the Exhibitor Service Kit.

Exhibitors will be allowed on the exhibit floor 30 minutes prior to opening.

Each 8’ x 10’ exhibit space receives (2) booth staff full conference registrations.

Additional booth staff registrations can be purchased for the discounted rate of $845.00.

Hotel reservations can be made in the Exhibitor Service Center. This can be done at the time of registration or added later (until the room block is sold out). Hotel rooms are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis. Please do not contact the hotel directly to make reservations.

Registered Exhibitor attendees may attend all conference networking events*. A list of those events can be viewed here.

*Please note that registration for the SIIA National Conference is required to participate in the Golf Tournament Fundraiser, and is not included in conference registration fees.

The 2024 SIIA National Conference will be held September 22-24, at the JW Marriott Desert Ridge, in Phoenix, Arizona.

2024 booth selection will take place in the foyer just outside the Exhibit Hall at the following times:

• Monday, October 9 | 1:31 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
• Tuesday, October 10 | 7:30 a.m.

Companies are assigned booth selection appointment times based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, years of exhibiting. Appointment times will be sent out prior to the 2023 National Conference.
