Each 8’ x 10’ exhibit space receives (2) booth staff full conference registrations.

Additional booth staff registrations are available at a discounted rate of $1,095 for both members and non-members.

Hotel reservations are made during the registration process or can be added later (until the room block is sold out). Hotel rooms are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis. Please do not contact the hotel directly to make reservations.

Registered Exhibitor attendees may attend all conference networking events*. A list of those events can be viewed here.

*Please note that registration for the SIIA Conference is required to participate in the tournament, and golf fees are not included in conference registration fees. 

The Exhibitor Service Kit is available in the Exhibitor Service Center.

GES is the official service contractor for this conference. Furniture, Electrical, and Shipping should be coordinated through GES using the Exhibitor Service Kit located in the Exhibitor Service Center.

SIIA's official service contractor, GES, can coordinate exhibitors' inbound and outbound shipping.

Lead Retrieval will be available through SIIA's vendor, eShow. Information regarding these services can be found in the Exhibitor Service Center.

The 2026 SIIA National Conference will be held October 11 - 13, at the JW Marriott Desert Ridge, in Phoenix, Arizona.

2026 booth selection will take place in the foyer just outside the Exhibit Hall at the following times:

• Monday, October 13 | 1:31 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
• Tuesday, October 14 | 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Companies are assigned booth selection appointment times based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, years of exhibiting. Appointment times will be sent out via email prior to the 2025 National Conference.
