The 2025 SIIA National Conference will be held October 12-14 at the JW Marriott Desert Ridge Resort & Spa in Phoenix, Arizona. |

|
Full conference registration includes admittance to on-site networking areas, hosted food and beverage functions, the ability to reserve a discounted sleeping room, entry to the Exhibit Hall, and access to all educational content.

a) All registration cancellations must be submitted in writing to registration@siia.org. b) Written cancellations received before June 19, 2025, will receive a refund of 50%. c) Written cancellations received between June 20 and September 4, 2025, will receive a refund of 25%. d) Cancellations received after September 4, 2025, and all no-shows are NOT eligible for a refund due to staffing, food, and beverage obligations. e) Substitutions are permitted. |

All events and sessions will be held and are listed on the website, at the local time in Phoenix, which is Mountain Standard Time (MST). |

Registered attendees can access the Attendee List via their respective Service Centers. |
||||||||||||||||||
|
Shuttle bus service will be provided to/from the JW Marriott Desert Ridge, Cambria Hotel, Residence Inn at Mayo Clinic, and Holiday Inn Express & Suites Phoenix North-Scottsdale. Shuttles will operate continuously from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. from 10/12/25 to 10/14/25. They will pick up and drop off at the hotels every 20 to 25 minutes. |

The conference attire is Business casual. |

Hotel Accommodations |

All hotel reservations (both standard sleeping rooms and suites) must be made through the SIIA National Conference registration process. Hotel rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Do not contact the hotels directly, as you will not receive the SIIA room rate. |

To make changes to an existing hotel reservation, please log in to the Attendee Service Center using the login credentials that were provided in your registration confirmation. Once logged into the Service Center, select "Edit Existing Hotel Reservation," then proceed with your change(s). |
