Registration is open to both SIIA members and non-members, regardless of membership status. Full conference registration includes access to on-site networking areas, hosted food and beverage events, the option to book a discounted hotel room, entry to the Exhibit Hall, and participation in all educational content sessions.

To register and reserve a hotel room, select the appropriate registration type below. If you are both a sponsor and an exhibitor, please complete both registration processes to take advantage of all the registrations allocated to you.

Registration Cancellation/Refund Policy

a) All registration cancellations must be submitted in writing to registration@siia.org. b) Written cancellations received before June 19, 2025, will receive a refund of 50%. c) Written cancellations received between June 20 and September 4, 2025, will receive a refund of 25%. d) Cancellations received after September 4, 2025, and all no-shows are NOT eligible for a refund due to staffing, food, and beverage obligations. e) Substitutions are permitted.
