GOLF TOURNAMENT FUNDRAISER

The Self-Insurance Educational Foundation (SIEF) Golf Tournament Fundraiser, scheduled on the opening day of SIIA’s National Conference at the Wildfire Golf Club, is open to all conference registrants. The tournament promises to be an excellent opportunity to network with executive-level industry colleagues and peers. Don’t miss this exclusive opportunity to better your handicap, refine your putting skills, and support the foundation dedicated to ensuring the development of tomorrow’s leaders in the self-insurance/Captive industry.

Registration for the SIIA Conference is required to participate in the tournament, and golf fees are not included in conference registration fees.

Shot-Gun Start

8:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.

Golf Fees

Single Player 
 $500
Foursome
 $2,000
Golf Club Rental*
 $125 plus tax/per set

*Golf Clubs will be rented and picked up from the Pro Shop the morning of the tournament. Rental fees are the responsibility of each player. 


Player Cancellation Policy

a) Cancellations must be submitted in writing to registration@siia.org. b) Written cancellations received on or before September 4, 2025, will receive a refund of 50% of the registration fee. c) Written cancellations received after September 5, 2025, are non-refundable. d) Substitutions are permitted. Please note that since this is a fundraising event, we are unable to offer refunds if the tournament is cancelled due to weather.
