By engaging with The Self-Insurance Institute of America (SIIA) as a sponsor/exhibitor, the Company expressly grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferrable, and revocable right to utilize the Company logo for promotional purposes associated with the sponsored event.
SIIA is committed to promoting its sponsors in an effective and professional manner prior to and during all sponsored events, conferences, webinars, and networking opportunities. As a valued sponsor, your company logo may be showcased across various platforms, including, but not limited to, our websites, conference Apps, on-site signage, emails, and social media channels.
To ensure high-quality representation of your brand, we require that all Company logos be submitted in a vector file format (such as .AI, .EPS, or .SVG). Please note that SIIA will not be held responsible for any issues related to poor-quality images if logos are not provided in the required format and timeframe.
Furthermore, we want to assure our sponsors that we will not amend, edit, or otherwise change your logo in any way. Our goal is to display your logo as accurately and clearly as possible.
