*Move-in begins at 7:30 AM on Sunday. Due to hotel restrictions, we cannot accommodate an earlier set time. All exhibit space must be show-ready by 3:00 PM on Sunday, October 11. **All exhibits must be moved out by 5:00 PM on Tuesday, October 13. |

Each 8’ x 10’ exhibit space receives (2) booth staff full conference registrations. |
||||||||
|
Hotel reservations are made during the registration process or can be added later (until the room block is sold out). Hotel rooms are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis. Please do not contact the hotel directly to make reservations. |

|
Registered Exhibitor attendees may attend all conference networking events*. A list of those events can be viewed here. |
||||||||
|
Registered exhibitors will be notified when the attendee list is ready. Once available, it can be accessed in the Exhibitor Service Center. |

To register exhibit booth staff, log in to the Exhibitor Service Center using the credentials emailed to the exhibitor contact(s), then click the “Booth Staff Registration” button. |

GES is the official service contractor for this conference. Furniture, Electrical, and Shipping should be coordinated through GES using the Exhibitor Service Kit located in the Exhibitor Service Center. |

The 2027 SIIA National Conference will be held October 10-12, at the JW Marriott Desert Ridge, in Phoenix, Arizona. |

2027 booth selection will take place in the foyer just outside the Exhibit Hall at the following times:
