Where is the 2025 SIIA Spring Forum being held?
The Spring Forum is being held at the Tampa Marriott Water Street, 505 Water Street, Tampa, FL. Guest rooms are available on a first-come-first-served basis. 

How do I make hotel reservations for the Forum?
Hotel reservations are made directly with the hotel. For more information visit Hotel Reservations.

What is the SIIA hotel room rate?
The SIIA Room rate is $339 per night plus taxes. Please note that the hotel reservation deadline at the SIIA Rate is Monday, February 24, 2025, or until the room block is sold out.

What is the Registration Cancelation / Refund Policy?

• All cancelations must be received in writing to registration@siia.org.
• Written cancelations received before January 30, 2025, will receive a refund of 50%.
• Written cancelations received between January 31 – February 27, 2025, will receive a refund of 25%.
• Cancelations received after February 27, 2025, and all no-shows are NOT eligible for a refund (due to staffing, food, and beverage obligations, no refund will be issued).
• Substitutions are permitted.

When will the presentation slides be available?
After the Forum, attendees will receive access to PDF versions of the presentation slides.

What is the attire for the conference?
Business casual.

I lost my badge. What should I do?
Please visit the registration desk to get a replacement badge. There is a $100 fee for the new badge.
