Todd Archer serves as President of Concierge Third Party Administrator. With almost 40 years’ experience, Todd has a long history of success in the third-party administration of health benefits. Prior to joining Concierge, Todd worked for several regional and national TPAs in various executive management roles.
Todd earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration (with a specialty in insurance) from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. He is also involved in numerous industry and community leadership boards and activities including Healthcare Administrators Association (HCAA) – Past Presidents Council; Self Insurance Institute of America (SIIA) – past SIPAC Board Chair; QUBIC, Inc. – Past Board Member; Oklahoma City All Sports Association – Past Board Member; Rebuilding Together OKC – Past Board President.
Robert Black

Bob has over 30 years of industry experience, with the last 24 years at Aon. He’s an Executive Managing Director with Aon’s Reinsurance division, focused on leading the US Accident, Health, and Life Reinsurance practice (overseeing production, client management/services, and strategy).
Previously, Bob served as Midwest Marketing Manager for Reliance National Insurance Company, growing the Accident & Health Department through direct and program business models. He started his career with Aon, developing, underwriting, and managing insurance programs for association/affinity groups.
Lori Daugherty

Lori Daugherty is an action-oriented and ambitious senior executive with more than 30 years of leadership experience in the Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) industry. As CEO of RxLogic, LLC, she brings a strategic, results-driven approach to scaling businesses, optimizing operations, and building high-performing teams.
Throughout her career, Lori has earned a reputation for transforming organizations through disciplined execution, innovative thinking, and a deep commitment to delivering measurable business outcomes. Her strengths in strategic planning, sales growth, and operational excellence have consistently driven performance across diverse healthcare enterprises.
Before joining RxLogic, Lori served as CEO of Ascellus Health, Inc., where she was recruited by a venture capital firm to lead enterprise strategy, operations, and financial performance. Under her leadership, the company successfully integrated biopsychosocial models and cognitive behavioral therapy into standard medical care, enhancing outcomes and expanding market share.
Previously, Lori was President and CEO of Care Services, LLC, a network of PBM companies based in Raleigh, NC. There, she led five portfolio companies, strengthening their infrastructure, accelerating growth, and managing acquisitions to position the organization for long-term scalability.
Earlier in her career, Lori held senior leadership positions, including President of the Pharmacy Division at PMSI, where she expanded revenue and customer penetration through innovative PBM solutions. Her prior roles at Avizent, WORKING|Rx, PharMerica, One Call Comprehensive Care, TMD, and Pharmacy Management Services further demonstrate her broad expertise and consistent record of success in complex healthcare environments.

Amanda Eisel

Amanda Eisel is a transformational leader focused on creating and scaling growth companies that solve complex problems with thoughtful technology. Since 2021, Amanda has served as the CEO of Zelis, where she has enhanced the company’s growth strategies and core values, while developing a culture of innovation and inclusion. Prior, Amanda was an Operating Partner at Bain Capital focused on technology and healthcare IT companies. She started her career at McKinsey & Company, where she spent nearly a decade advising consumer companies.
Amanda sits on the Board of Directors for three non-profit organizations: Youth Villages of Massachusetts and New Hampshire, Make-A-Wish Foundation of Massachusetts and Rhode Island, and WellSense Health Plan. With a passion for community service and creating positive impact, Amanda was selected by the Aspen Institute as a Henry Crown Fellow in 2025. She is a member of the Forbes Finance Council and a frequent public speaker.
Amanda holds a Bachelor of Science in Commerce from the University of Virginia and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
Phil Gardham

Phil Gardham is an industry veteran of over 35 years and has been the President of Accident & Health – North America at Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance Company for the past 4+ years. Prior to that, Phil spent 13 years with Companion Life Insurance Company (Blue Cross Blue Shield of SC), where he served in many different capacities, including Chief Operating Officer and President. Prior to joining Companion, Phil worked for Munich Re in Princeton, NJ, as the Vice President of Underwriting with a focus on Medical Stop Loss. He started his career in 1988 at Mercantile and General Reinsurance Companion (M&G) located in Toronto, Ontario, in their claim and care management department.
Phil is a native of Toronto and graduated from McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario, with a degree in Political Science. While attending McMaster Phil also played varsity basketball.

Amy Gasbarro serves as the President of ELMCRx Solutions, a leading provider of pharmacy benefit management and prescription drug services. With a distinguished career in healthcare management, Amy brings a wealth of experience in operational excellence, client relations, and strategic development to her role. Appointed to spearhead ELMCRx’s next phase of growth, she works closely with co-founders Richard Fleder and Mary Ann Carlisle to enhance the company’s service offerings through innovative solutions and strategic partnerships.
Prior to her current role, Amy held various executive positions where she was instrumental in driving organizational growth and fostering innovation within the healthcare sector. Her visionary leadership at ELMCRx is focused on pushing the boundaries of traditional pharmacy benefit management, improving access to and the value of prescription drug point solutions for employers, brokers, and TPAs.
Steve Gransbury

Steve Gransbury is a seasoned insurance executive with a distinguished career in underwriting, captive insurance, and specialty risk management. He has held leadership roles across multiple facets of the insurance industry, focusing on medical stop loss (MSL), accident and health, and alternative risk solutions.
Gransbury began his career in insurance program management. He served as Vice President and Managing Sales Director at HCC Insurance Holdings/LDG Re, where he specialized in MSL insurance and reinsurance. In 2003, he co-founded SLG Benefits & Insurance LLC, a managing general underwriter (MGU) specializing in MSL. SLG was later acquired by QBE North America in 2009, marking the beginning of Gransbury’s 14-year tenure at the global insurer.
At QBE North America, Gransbury held several senior leadership positions, including President of Accident & Health, Head of Specialty & Residential Insurance, and a QBE North America executive management board member. In these roles, he oversaw underwriting, risk management, distribution, and operations for multiple business lines, including MSL, reinsurance, captive services, aviation, and trade credit. Additionally, he served as President and board member of Cumberland Insurance PCC Inc. and Champlain Insurance PCC Inc., QBE’s captive insurance entities domiciled in Tennessee and Vermont.
In 2024, Gransbury joined Captive Resources as President of Health Solutions. He leads strategic initiatives to expand the company’s group captive offerings for self-funded employer-sponsored health plans. He is responsible for underwriting strategy, business development, risk management, and operations, working closely with fronting carriers and captive members to deliver innovative alternative risk solutions.
Gransbury’s extensive experience in underwriting, operations, and captive insurance has positioned him as a leader in the industry. His profound expertise in developing and managing member-owned captives has helped businesses control costs and mitigate risk through alternative risk financing.
Gransbury holds a B.A. in economics from Hartwick College.
Tara Krauss

Tara Krauss is the Head of Accident & Health for QBE North America. In this role, she is responsible for the development and execution of long-range strategic plans that accelerate profitable growth for the Accident & Health practice. Tara has been dedicated to utilizing her deep industry expertise across underwriting, technology, operations, and claims to provide the best solutions to QBE’s customers. Tara believes that an organization’s culture drives success and has an unwavering commitment to talent development and engagement.
She has been with QBE since 2009, holding several leadership roles during her tenure. In her prior role of SVP, Underwriting Operations, Tara was accountable for several core elements of the business. She developed and implemented underwriting and risk management guidelines to support technical rate adequacy, optimized policy administration protocols to ensure both customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance, and developed a best-in-class underwriting team. Prior to joining QBE, she held various underwriting and management positions with HCC Insurance (formerly LDG) and SLG Benefits & Insurance, LLC.
Tara holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Merrimack College, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude.

William (Bill) Meehan is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Cobalt Benefits Group, LLC. Bill leads Cobalt with a career-long dedication to healthcare innovation, extensive business experience, as well as a deep commitment to the communities Cobalt serves. As President and CEO of Cobalt, one of the largest TPAs in the region and the only Blue TPA in New England, Bill is committed to Cobalt’s mission of being a trusted partner with a flexible and human-centered approach. Kari L. Niblack, Esq., joined Boon-Chapman as President in 2024, bringing with her 25 years of industry expertise to lead the company’s continued growth and innovation in healthcare administration. Known for her ability to drive transformative change, Kari is committed to enhancing Boon-Chapman’s reputation for unmatched client service, operational excellence, and customized healthcare solutions. Her leadership experience spans the self-insurance ecosystem, including claims administration, cost containment, and care navigation, making her an invaluable asset as Boon-Chapman expands its role as a trusted partner in healthcare solutions. In addition to her executive leadership roles spanning almost three decades in the self-funded industry, Kari regularly speaks and publishes on issues affecting self-funded health plans and served as Chairwoman, Board of Directors, of the Self-Insurance Institute of America.
Kari is a licensed attorney in both Indiana and Florida and a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). She holds a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Indiana University and earned her JD degree from Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad Law Center in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. She is well-known for her unconfined benefits consulting expertise and targeted interventions that strategically and operationally enhance health and well-being solutions for clients. Kari is a member of CHIEF, the only private membership network focused on connecting and supporting women executive leaders, and she is a licensed producer in life, accident, and health insurance in multiple states across the country.

Mary Catherine Person is an innovative entrepreneur with deep knowledge of the healthcare payer and self-funded employer from 30 years in the business. She is the President of Blue General Partners, a healthcare consultancy. She is currently a Director of ParetoHealth and VIVIO Health. Previously, she served as President of HealthSCOPE Benefits, where she led the development of Total Health Management at HealthSCOPE Benefits and the growth of the company, including all aspects of client service. Her leadership included network development, medical management, operations, account management, and sales.
Mary Catherine received a Bachelor of Arts degree, Cum Laude, from Princeton University in Princeton, New Jersey.
Walter Roland

Walter joined D.W. Van Dyke & Co. (DWVD) in 1994 as an Account Executive, and in 2018, he was named President. Under his leadership, DWVD successfully navigated its acquisition by Foundation Risk Partners, and he continues to guide the company in this new chapter. As President, Walter is focused on DWVD’s strategic direction, business development, and ensuring the company delivers exceptional service and value to both clients and business partners.
A graduate of Franklin & Marshall College, Walter began his career in the insurance industry during his college years. He initially worked for a Chicago-based general agency specializing in the sale of small group and individual medical policies. In 1990, Walter joined Celtic Life as a Marketing Representative, quickly advancing to Assistant Vice President, where he gained profit and loss responsibility.
Walter’s career focus has been on developing and maintaining innovative programs, including Rx Carveouts, Community Health Plans, Organ Transplant Carveouts, and Limited Medical products. With the passage of the Affordable Care Act (ACA) in 2010, Walter’s attention shifted to the Employer Stop Loss, particularly in the Level Funded market.
George Stiles

Mr. Stiles is President and Chief Operating Officer of Planned Administrators, Inc. (PAI), a Third Party Administrator company (TPA), owned by our parent company, the largest health insurer in South Carolina. As President, Mr. Stiles leads all aspects of sales, strategy, finance, and operations for PAI's multiple lines of administrative business. He joined PAI in September 2006 and has over 25 years of experience with our parent company, where he has served in various management positions.
George is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and has his MBA from Southern Wesleyan University. Mr. Stiles is a member of the Leadership Columbia's class of 2007.
