Joe Blundo

Joe Blundo is a Principal at Brighton Park Capital, where he currently serves on the board of Relatient. Prior to joining BPC in April of 2023, Joe was a Partner at TCV, a growth equity investment firm. At TCV, Joe sourced, executed, and managed B2B software investments serving the healthcare (Aidoc, Syllable, BenchSci, Kipu), financial services (Trulioo, AxiomSL, tastytrade), and education (Watermark) industries.
Joe began his career as an Analyst with Harris Williams & Co. in the firm’s technology group. He received his MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and his BS in Business Administration, summa cum laude, from Babson College with concentrations in Finance and Economics.

Brad Coppens

Brad Coppens is a Senior Partner of InTandem Capital. Brad has been identifying, evaluating and executing private equity transactions in the healthcare services sector for over 20 years. In support of InTandem’s portfolio companies, Brad brings to bear deep transaction and capital structuring, capital markets, acquisition origination and negotiation experience, as well as broad domain expertise in various healthcare services sectors. The relationship network he has built over those years further serves to broaden the business development capabilities of the InTandem portfolio. Brad has served on numerous public and private company boards of directors throughout his career and is experienced in the development of best-in-class executive compensation, financial reporting, and audit/compliance policies and processes. Brad currently serves on the boards of directors of AdaptHealth (NASDAQ: AHCO), beBright, Healthfuse, HouseWorks, Sequel Ortho, The Phia Group, Providence Care and Vivo Infusion.
Before joining InTandem, Mr. Coppens was a Senior Managing Director at One Equity Partners where he focused principally in the healthcare industry for more than 15 years. During that time, from 2012 to 2014, Brad lived in São Paulo, Brazil and led One Equity Partners’ prior investing efforts in the region.
Prior to One Equity Partners, Mr. Coppens worked in the investment banking division of JPMorgan in the mergers and acquisitions group where he focused on healthcare and various other industries. He is actively involved in a number of non-profit organizations, previously served on the board of The TEAK Fellowship, and is a volunteer firefighter in the State of New York . Mr. Coppens received his B.B.A. from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, where he graduated with high distinction.

Sean Gallagher is a Partner at Adir Ventures, a family office and venture studio focused on building and investing in companies across the insurance, insurtech, and healthcare financing landscape. Sean leads core Investments as well as Finance and Operations for Adir’s portfolio, with a focus on scalable business models in the self-funded employer and stop-loss ecosystem. He has played an active role in launching and operating several portfolio companies spanning benefits administration, alternative funding, and digital distribution, and brings a practical, operator-driven perspective to growth, capital allocation, and product-market alignment.
Prior to Adir Ventures, Sean held CFO & COO roles across growth-stage companies through public scaled enterprises including National General Insurance and Liberty Mutual Insurance. He built a track record leading FP&A, Corporate Development, and operational transformations—bridging finance, product, and distribution to scale high-growth, capital-efficient platforms. He holds his Bachelors from Boston University, and Masters from Boston College.
Chris Garvin

Chris is responsible for identifying and evaluating investment opportunities, deal origination, and developing intermediary relationships within the Healthcare sector. Prior to joining Gauge, Chris worked for National Spine & Pain Centers, where he was the Senior Vice President, leading M&A for the organization. Earlier in his career, Chris worked in the Corporate Development functions at Dignity Health and CHRISTUS Health, and with Moelis & Company as an Analyst in their Investment Banking Division.

Matt Gorski

Matt Gorski is a Principal at Cressey & Company responsible for identifying, consummating, and monitoring new investment partnerships. Matt joined the Cressey team in 2019. Previously, he was an associate at private equity firm Waud Capital Partners. Matt began his career as an investment banking analyst at BMO Capital Markets in the Leveraged Finance Group.

Prior to joining Fengate, Emilie worked at Altas Partners. During her time at Altas, Emilie invested across business services and industrials, having previously served on the board of DuBois Chemicals. Earlier in her career, Emilie worked as an Investment Banker at Houlihan Lokey in their restructuring group.

Jessica Zeaske

As a Managing Partner at Echo Health Ventures, Jessica identifies and invests in emerging and growth stage companies for Echo in the tech-enabled services, insurtech, and digital health sectors. She is a seasoned venture capitalist and board leader, having worked at independent, corporate, and university funds and written dozens of investment themes over the years.
She previously served as Director of Healthcare Investments at GE Ventures and a Principal at Lemhi Ventures, a fund investing in health care services with a focus on market disruption. Prior to joining Lemhi, Jessica worked on forming, spinning out, and investing in health companies at Greenspring Advisors and University of Minnesota.
Jessica currently serves on the Boards of Avalon Healthcare Solutions, Heartbeat Health, Ideon, and as a Board Observer at Abacus Insights and Eleanor Health. She has a breadth of company-formation to growth-stage experience across health tech-enabled services companies such as Bind On-Demand Health Insurance (acquired by UHC, rebranded as Surest), Medication Management Systems (acquired by Genoa), Arcadia.io, PlanSource, Genome Medical, and Wildflower Health. Over the years, Jessica has Chaired multiple Audit and Compensation Committees as well as served on Nomination and Financing Committees.
Outside of Echo, Jessica serves on the Board of CareQuest Institute for Oral Health, a non-profit seeking to improve oral health for all, and has served as a Trustee for Boston Medical Center’s Exceptional Care Without Exception Trust and an Advisory Board member for Boston Children’s Hospital. She is a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors.
Jessica received an undergraduate degree with honors from Stanford University, graduated from Johns Hopkins School of Public Health with a Master of Health Science and PhD, and completed her MBA with a focus on Healthcare Administration at Regis University.
