SIIA Room Rate

The SIIA room rate is $149 per night, plus taxes. This rate will be available until March 9, 2026, or until the room block is sold out, whichever comes first.

Early Departure Fee

Please be advised that the Sheraton will impose an Early Departure Fee for any guest(s) who check out of the hotel prior to their scheduled departure date, without having notified the hotel at check-in of the change in the scheduled departure.

Hotel Booking Scam
Our conference is also the target of hotel scams. Scammers may call, text, and/or email attendees and exhibitors and claim they can secure a sleeping room for you at the Sheraton New Orleans Hotel.  It is only safe to reserve a room during the SIIA registration process or by contacting the hotel directly.

Housing Pirate Information
What is a "Housing Pirate"? - Commonly referred to as "housing pirates" or "housing bandits," these are companies that call, fax, or email attendees and exhibitors, claiming to offer good deals on hotel rooms or providing links to alleged room blocks or booking sites. They may falsely claim to be affiliated with the SIIA or with the Hotel.

Please do not provide anyone with your personal information, especially your credit card number. If you provide your credit card information to one of these companies, your card may be charged, and there is no guarantee you will have a room upon your arrival in New Orleans. You should only book directly during the SIIA registration process or directly with the Sheraton New Orleans Hotel.
