Overview

We’ve changed the name (previously Spring Forum) because we changed the format! The restructured program highlights below reflect our ongoing commitment to provide an environment for members that advances their ability to do business in the self-insurance marketplace and engage more directly with their peers.

Highlights of the restructured program include...

More Time
Attendees now have two full days to network and engage industry thought leaders and decision makers.  The extra time allows for more meaningful conversations without rushing to the next 20-minute appointment.

Sessions
No formal presentations...just a topic and a moderator.  These “Hot Topic” discussions allow for broader participation and encourage peer-to-peer interaction.

Public and Private Meeting Space
In addition to dedicated networking areas for all event attendees, SIIA is making available multiple private meeting rooms, subject to advance reservation. Pro-tip: these rooms are expected to sell out quickly, so don’t delay if you want a room.

Sources of Capital

Many of the country’s leading private equity sponsors who specialize in the self-insurance marketplace will participate in a “speed-dating” session to foster preliminary conversations with interested SIIA member companies. Participating sponsors offer an array of capital solutions including minority transactions ranging from late-stage venture capital to growth equity, and control transactions via leveraged buyouts. Vendor Showcases
Table-top exhibits have been phased out in favor of Vendor Solution Showcases. This format allows companies to showcase their products/services in-depth to interested decision-makers and allows for more effective buyer-seller interactions.

Coaching Workshop
This unique workshop is designed for rising self-insurance executives (Director/Vice President level) who have the potential for top corporate leadership roles.  Participants will be divided into small groups and then matched with several of today’s top industry leaders for mini coaching sessions. Pre-registration is required and can be completed during the event registration process.

Women in SIIA
This private networking session is dedicated to fostering networking and engagement among the women making a difference in the self-insurance industry.

We’re excited about this new format and its focus on advancing business in the self-insurance industry.
